Order Processing.
Once we receive your order, it is processed as quickly as possible and prepared for shipment.
After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the relevant information.
Delivery Regions.
We deliver within Switzerland and the European Union. Other countries are available on request.
Delivery to the European Union.
All product prices displayed in the shop include VAT. For deliveries to the European Union, the legally applicable VAT is already included in the displayed product price. Shipping is free. No customs duties or additional handling fees apply.
For EU business customers: A one-time registration is required for net purchases. Access is activated after your VAT ID has been successfully verified. The EORI number is optional. Register as a business customer.
Shipping Costs.
Within Switzerland, shipping is free for orders of CHF 100 or more. For lower order values and other countries, any shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout before you place your order.
Tracking.
After dispatch, tracking information will be provided where available, allowing you to follow the current status of your delivery.
Delivery Times.
The following estimates apply from the date of the shipping confirmation:
- Switzerland: usually 1–3 business days with Swiss Post
- European Union: usually 1–7 business days with DHL
- Other countries: delivery time and shipping options on request
Please note: delivery may take longer for certain countries, remote regions, public holidays or customs processing. Delays caused by carriers or customs authorities are outside our direct control.
