Collection: Rent

With us you can rent products for you and your horse and try them out extensively. You can choose a rental period of 2 or 4 weeks. After you place your order, we will then let you know your rental period. Of course, you can also ask us in advance about available periods.

We do not require a deposit.

delivery times/rental period

Due to the current high demand, it may unfortunately happen that the product is not available to you within a week. In the event of longer, unexpected delivery delays, we will find a solution together.

purchase option

If you are convinced by the product, you can purchase it. We will deduct 100% of the rental fee you pay from the purchase price. The products remain our property until the invoice has been paid in full.

return

At the end of your rental period, the product must be returned to us. You can find the return address in the rental document/manual

If you foresee that you will not be able to arrange a return on time at the end of the rental period (return shipment will take place on the next working day after the end of the rental period), please let us know in good time.

If we do not receive a product back within one week of the end of the rental period, we will charge you the full amount for each week or part of it. If we do not receive a product back from you, we will charge you the new price.

Defective product / compensation

We document any damage or defect in the product before shipping. If you discover a defect in a product, please contact us immediately. We will then try to provide you with a replacement product as quickly as possible.

Should you, your horse or a third party cause a defect/damage to the product, we will charge you for the repair costs or the replacement purchase.
