The Connee products from Energetic-Horse GmbH offer a warranty of

24 months from the delivery date.

The warranty will be void if the product is used or stored improperly. Small deviations from the guaranteed properties are no reason for claims. The warranty only applies to the direct purchaser and does not include wearing parts, batteries or rechargeable batteries.
